Where do i even begin? The breakfast is just eggs and toast, talk about boring! And seriously, low water pressure? Not ideal when you're trying to wash long hair. On top of that, no one offered me a complimentary welcome drink or upgrade, which i so obviously deserved. Absolutely unacceptable!

The staff at sin nombre were great. The bar's cocktail selection was fantastic! Each drink was a work of art. We enjoyed every part of our stay.

I really enjoyed the cozy vibe of the Queen Room and the unique art pieces scattered throughout the hotel. Relaxing by the rooftop pool and soaking in the sun terrace made my trip extra special. The only thing was that I wish the room was a bit larger, but it didn’t hold back my overall enjoyment! 😊

It seemed like being wrapped in a warm blanket of tranquility. I enjoyed soaking in the serene ambiance of the indoor courtyard, an ideal spot. The rooftop offers the freshest breakfast, and the fine decor with local art makes this place a amazing oasis.

I loved the tranquil ambiance in the courtyard. The rooftop dining had delicious breakfast options. Staff prepared a nice Mother's Day surprise for me. My room was spotlessly clean every day. The bar area had amazing cocktails.

Some rooms can be noisy because of the location in a lively part of town.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. We were able to easily explore all the sights of the downtown area, and the hotel itself was like a sanctuary in the midst of the city chaos. the beautiful courtyard and upstairs terrace were our favorite spots to relax. Another perk was their vegetarian restaurant, which was not only delicious but also had a creative menu that was a refreshing change from the typical Mexican fare.
